The short version
This site has no accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind. You can value a property, check what you can afford and read every page without telling us who you are and without us building any profile of you. We do not sell data, and we do not pass your details to property agents. That is a deliberate design choice, not an oversight: the value of this site rests on being independent of anyone who profits from a transaction.
Who is responsible
Aureus Automation Pte Ltd (UEN 202612994K), a company incorporated in Singapore, operates this site and is the organisation responsible for personal data handled through it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we actually hold
Three things, and nothing else.

The figures you type in
Income, CPF balances, savings and property details entered into the affordability, grant or valuation tools are sent to our server, used to calculate your result, and returned to you. They are not stored unless you explicitly save an analysis, and they are never written to a marketing list. Nothing you type is used to contact you, because we have no way to contact you.
What we never do

- · We do not use cookies, pixels, session replay or advertising trackers.
- · We do not attempt to identify you across sites or devices.
- · We do not send marketing email, because we do not collect email addresses.
Where the data sits
The site runs on a single private server. Saved analyses live in a database on that server and are not copied to third-party analytics, advertising or customer platforms. Map tiles are requested from OneMap, operated by the Singapore Land Authority, which will see your IP address as any map provider would.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to aureusautomation@gmail.com. In practice there is usually very little to return, because we hold almost nothing. If you saved an analysis and want it removed before its 180 days are up, send us the link and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We do not backdate it.
