HDB grants
Which grants can you claim?
A first-timer family can receive up to S$120,000 from the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant, up to S$80,000 more on a resale flat, and S$30,000 for living with parents. Where a grant is refused, this says why, because the reason is usually something you can act on.
EHG for families, by income
Average gross monthly household income over the past 12 months. Nothing is paid above S$9,000. The steps are uneven, so a calculator that tapers these smoothly is wrong in about half the bands.
